An Operations Manager is required by an eminent international custody bank. The role is based in Manchester.
This is a highly varied role, and the successful candidate will work within a rotation of all the departments in Manchester for a period of 3-6 months in each department. A permanent department will then be allocated.
The ideal candidate will be a strong operations manager and will come from an financial services background. Candidates must have excellent people management experience in leading large teams of approximately 40.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent technical and managerial capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a confident, strong- minded individual who has previous experience in a similar role.
