An Asset Management Firm based in the West End is recruiting for an Executive Assistant based on the Trading Floor. £32k to £38k + benefits!!

The Executive Assistant will exclusively support three Partners, their main executive PA as well as the 5 IR team members. You will provide full PA administrative support as well as extensive diary management, scheduling/re-arranging meetings, preparing Powerpoint presentations, travel arrangements, expenses and supporting the team through road shows.

You will ideally have administrative experience with extensive diary management within the financial industry, specifically on the trading floor. You will be extremely organised, have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle multiple priorities.
