A Transition & Implementation Consultant is required for a global consulting firm focused on human capital and financial management. The role can be based in the firm's London or Surrey offices.

The main purpose of job is to become part of close team of people that is responsible for the efficient implementation of client transitions and the monitoring of transitions implemented through specialist third party transition managers. This can involve relatively simple unit level transactions in pooled vehicles where it is vital to efficiently control costs whilst maintaining market exposure. In addition, the role will also involve much more complex transitions through the structured products group.

Main responsibilities will be to deploy strong knowledge of transition execution to efficiently implement and monitor other parties implementing significant transition projects including derivative based solutions. You will work with client consultants and analysts in order to provide suitable solutions to client transition problems.

Strong transitions knowledge with good 'hands on' experience is necessary for this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate familiarity with trading procedures of pooled funds and other mainstream investment markets, as well as familiarity with the characteristics and pricing of major asset classes and common derivatives.
