Outstanding opportunity for experienced financial services administrators to join a leading global provider of investment management products and services as a Client Support Administrator. With a great depth and breadth of expertise, they help clients achieve their goals through a wide array of strategies, in every major sector and asset class through various distribution channels. Their clients include some of the world's leading corporations, governments, unions, foundations, endowments, mutual funds and high net worth individuals.
As a Client Services Support Administrator you will provide a high standard of customer service for existing and potential clients handling client enquiries in a polite & professional manner within agreed timescales via letter, e-mail and fax. You will take ownership of providing clients with satisfactory resolution and liaise in a professional and friendly manner with other business areas to facilitate response to client enquiries.
The successful Client Support Administrators will communicate effectively at all levels with management, other departments and clients. You should be aware of changing market conditions and their impact on the business. You will be expected to main maintain accurate data for all client enquiries and regularly update personal workload. There will also be the opportunity to participate in projects at the discretion of management. You will be expected to alert management immediately of any significant changes to business risk, internal controls effectiveness or any other issue impacting Business as usual processes. You should notify management and/or Compliance immediately of any regulatory breach.
To be considered for the role of Client Support Administrator it is essential to have previous Financial Services administration experience. The key skills for this role is a good level of written English and letter writing. This role does not include any telephone work as the Telephone team deal with clients over the phone Computer literacy together with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook is an essential skill set for this role.
