A Global Fund Manager based in the City are looking for a Report Production Specialist . This organisation is one of the world's largest fund managers with offices in 11 countries and a 3,600 strong work force.

The Report Production Specialist will be responsible for the production and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the European business.

This role will manage the production of monthly, quarterly and annual reports from concept to distribution.

As the Report Production Specialist you will be responsible for;

-Working closely with the literature manager, develop robust processes and schedules to ensure that data is delivered on time and in full
-Ensuring that data provided is clear, consistent and in a workable and consistent format to be given to the creative agency
-Liaise with the data provider and creative agency to ensure excellent and timely execution of each report
-Be able to understand the challenges with producing high profile reports and manage any issues with minimal guidance
-Manage the compliance and business sign off procedure and ensuring deadlines are met
-Manage the distribution of the reports

Ideally the successful candidate will have used QuarkXpress ideally within Financial Services. Previous experience in creating high profile reports will be beneficial
