This renowned Israeli-owned bank is seeking an enthusiastic Financial Accountant to join them. Our client is the largest Israeli-owned bank in the UK and has been operating in the UK since 1902 and offers a comprehensive range of commercial, general & private banking services.

The key responsibilities for the Financial Accountant include:
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly Head Office accounts and entering to special purpose software tool for submission to Israel. Dealing with subsequent queries on variances/business performances
- Consolidation of subsidiary accounts, including any additional analyses required by Head Office
- Bring in necessary process improvements to reduce production time, and achieve synergies with other Finance reporting requirements. Collaborate with IT, operations, front office and dealers as appropriate
- Assistance with preparation of other financial reports as required eg weekly balance sheet, monthly bad debt summary, monthly inter-company summary
- Work with IT to develop reports for new regulatory reporting requirements as required.
- Provide cover for regulatory reporting as required (eg daily liquidity, daily capital reporting)

Our client is seeking a finalist/qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with financial accounting experience with a track record of introducing improvements within a financial services background.
