PA/ Project Office Assistant
- City of London £15.00 - £16.00 p/hr Temporary
An Insurance platform is an established provider of business processing, products, services and software in international commercial Insurance Markets. Servicing over 900 clients worldwide and have 1,800 dedicated employees internationally, including the UK, USA, India and Malaysia.
This is a key support role for the director of Implementation and his management team in Hosting Services. You will work for the Director to ensure they are as efficient as possible by organising their time, producing supporting presentation decks and documents, working with their direct reports to ensure end to end efficiency of the department and driving small improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Producing fairly complex reports using excel and word
Arranging new starter set ups in all systems and arranging new starter equipment
Contract Management for contractors
Project time capture management
Expense management for team
Diary management
Travel arranging
