An enthusiastic, committed Investment Management Support Analyst is required for an eminent global fund manager.

The investment management support teams provide the firm's operational functions for the entire European business together, increasingly, with supporting investment processes for global products.

The team is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the investment records; the primary record of investment that supports the portfolio management process.

Main duties and responsibilities include ensuring accurate records are maintained to enable fund managers to trade, investigating and resolving exceptions generated from the automatic daily reconciliation process, and working with the stock reconciliation team to clear exceptions/breaks.

Knowledge of the fund management industry is essential for this role, and the ideal candidate will have understanding of the cash reconciliations process. It is expected that the candidate's previous experience will have given them knowledge of the investment process and the workings of custodians, third party administrators, TAs, etc.
