A prominent International Bank, who are based in the City seeks an experienced HR SC Senior Expatriate Coordinator to co-ordination of international assignments, management of the UK Inpat/Expat process and local relocation to the UK

This HR SC Senior Expatriate Coordinator role offers sits within the HR Service Centre and as a successful HR SC Senior Expatriate Coordinator, you will be responsible for :
*Provide advisory function to UK HR and various Business Units on all aspects of the Global International Assignment policy and practices.
*Provide support and guidance for expats and relocating local employees from/into the UK
*Co-ordination of inpat/locals physical relocation to the UK i.e. temporary and long term accommodation, removals, schools and tax advice via the appropriate provider.
*Management of external providers including removals companies, relocation agents, temporary housing companies, work permit consultants and tax advisors.
*Preparation of Net and Gross costings for IAP expat assignments from/into the UK in conjunction with the Expat Centre in Amsterdam.
*Meeting with inpats/relocating locals upon arrival to the UK and providing an ongoing advisory function for the duration of their assignments.
*Management of the end to end work permit process ensuring that all expatriates have the appropriate legal documentation/authorization to work in the UK and providing Work Permit advisory function for HRBPs and line managers.
*Preparation of cash housing allowances and deposit advancements on behalf of inpats.
*Joint responsibility for the preparation of monthly expatriate payroll.
*Preparation and input of monthly expat invoice costs onto Peoplesofr, report running on Business Objects and finally auditing of information to ensure payroll providers are able to make tax payments.
*Preparation and audit of monthly cash "float" for the external provider for expense payments.
*Organisation of monthly recharge to various BU's cost codes upon receipt of monthly expenditure report from the Hessel Group.
*Management of the Short Term Visitors policy.
*Liaison with HRBPs, Business Managers and expatriates regarding contract extensions/end dates i.e. IAP verses local.
*Bonus and salary review - distribution and collation of appraisal forms for all UK inpats/expats. Responsible for review of the salary of all individuals who are on expat conditions outside of the UK to ensure that their home salary keeps pace with the salary conditions in the UK and also ensure that the Expat Centre/HRSC can adjust any increases.
*Advise HRSC of inpats/expats/expat returners using standard starter form documentation
*Coding - arranging authorization and final payment of tax invoices.
*Management of Peoplesoft, work permit files, ensuing that work permits do not expire.
*Ensuring the rental schedule for expat company properties is maintained and renewal deadlines are adhered to in conjunction with relocation provider.
