A Manager is sought for Complaint Management within an eminent global private wealth manager. The role is based in London.
The role will sit within a small team of professionals who look into the complaints governance and framework at the firm.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to take on a new role responsible for managing the group complaint management policies and framework. The private wealth manager is in the process of growth and transformation and the successful candidate will be instrumental in designing the way forward for managing and overseeing complaint activities across the firm.
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate change and delivering to a variety of business units. This position/team function manage the group complaint policy - the position will introduce and implement any relevant changes whilst liaising closely with the FSA and different business units. The candidate needs to have experience of the complaint world and knowledge of the FSA rules and regulations within this field.
