• West End £65,000 - £75,000 p/a Permanent

This renowned international hedge fund of funds are seeking an enthusiastic Group Accountant to join their established team. Our client is dedicated to maximising hedge fund opportunities and rewards for its global institutional client base, which includes market leaders in insurance, pension funds, asset management and banking.

The key responsibilities for the Group Accountant include:
- Co-ordination and preparation of accurate and timely consolidated monthly management accounts for the Group, including commentary, which are pertinent to the management of the business.
- Co-ordination and preparation of consolidated annual budgets for the Group (by legal entity and by cost centres), ensuring these are accurate and completed in a timely manner in accordance with group assumptions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions relating to equity schemes and Loan Notes in issue.
- Timely preparation of transfer pricing information to facilitate recharging of expenses and profit sharing between group companies.
- Overall responsibility for developing and maintaining the group's consolidation system, COA and accounting policy manual for all accounting and business developments.
- Ensuring effective balance sheet and internal controls exist in all significant areas of the finance function.

Our client is seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with around 3 years post qualification experience gained within the financial services industry (preferably within Asset Management) with a demonstrable track record of dealing with both financial accounting & management reporting.
