Admin Co-ordinator - City - London - £25k

An experienced Admin Co-ordinator is required for a large Insurance company, based in their busy offices, located in the City.

The successful candidate will be providing prompt, accurate and effective administration and co-ordination support to a large team. You will help with the team meeting there corporate objectives. This is a very varied and busy role, so being able to work well under pressure is a must.

Main task and responsibilities:
Promote the companies brand
Assist with the team and duties
Assist in the preparation of presentation and briefing papers
Ensure accurate and timely production of documents
Answer telephone calls, take and relay messages or take action if appropriate
Provide office administration
General ad hoc duties
