A temp - perm opportunity has arisen for an Investment Controller to work with one of Edinburgh's most respected Investment Management houses. The role will include the monitoring of cash funds and a strong interaction with Front Office. The role will also be assisting with the implementation of a new Front Office system which will support all Bond and Money Market trading.

Responsibilities of the Investment Controller:

- Daily monitoring of cash funds in line with client mandates and Front Office requirements
- Production of reports to be sent to Front Office
- Liaising with the Front Office on any exceptions
- Involved in the production of management information for monthly and quarterly committee/Board meetings
- Liaising with Compliance on any exceptions that result in breach of mandates
- Production of team reports to be reviewed and signed off by senior member of team
- Assisting in project work

Background of the Investment Controller:

- Solid experience working within investment management/operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in report production/writing
- Good IT skills

This is a temp - perm role for an Investment Controller paying a competitive rate. This is a Monday - Friday role.
