Training Coordinator - City of London- £150.00 per day

A leading global investment bank, who have a strong and profitable private clients franchise are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to manage the day to day delivery of Training.

*As a Training Coordinator , you will be responsible for administration of learning activities/events and provision of support to regional Development advisors, including:
*Training vendor, venue, equipment and all training logistics bookings
*Creation of direct marketing emails
*Production & distribution of learning event materials
*Responding to learner queries and requests via phone and email as required
*Providing course cost-related information as required
*Providing support and guidance to off shored Transaction Manager colleagues
*Ensuring training processes are followed to global standards
*Maintenance of Learning Management System/other support systems, including:
*Creating and maintaining vendor records.
*Reviewing LMS content for quality and accuracy
*Generating course creation templates from an Access database for input into LMS
*Report analysis and manipulation using excel pivot tables and V lookups
*Provision of advice to Development colleagues regarding the set up and structure of courses in LMS to ensure ease of use for learners, and to enable clear and accurate reporting
*Maintenance of relationships with logistical support areas, including Printers, caterers, training venue providers, couriers, audio Visual Technicians and associated security staff, etc.

You will have excellent PC skills and ability to learn new applications quickly. Proficient in Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Access databases, PowerPoint. PeopleSoft Learning Management System is preferred, but not required and have the ability to work independently, manage changing priorities and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
