Our client is one of the largest and most prestigious investment banks in the world. They currently have a position available for an OTC equity swaps settlements manager, to be based in their Docklands offices.


This is a position for a proven manager to manage the equity swaps settlements team, reporting into manager of the broker dealer team in Europe. The role will be in ensuring the delivery on mandated and internal targets on both unconfirmed and un-affirmed trades.


As well as managing the overall risk of the team the right individual should be prepared to work across a wide variety of initiatives and projects, both short and long term. The manager should be flexible in their approach to problems and have the ability to multi-task across products and projects. They should have a keen sense of control and risk supervision, process/project management and be an excellent communicator across all levels.


The ideal candidate will be experienced in organisational, strategic planning and implementation, with a proven ability in delivering and executing change management, strategic programmes and organisational design activities. Equity derivatives experience/knowledge, combined with settlements experience, would be a major plus.
