This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR consultant to join a leading Real Estate Investment firm. With a reputation for excellence in advice and execution on a global scale this is a premier organisation to work for. Working as part of an established team, you will be a pivotal member responsible for the annual compensation review, manage and develop the benefits package, management reporting, facilitate the graduate recruitment process, reinforce policy & procedure, take a lead in resolving Employee Relation issues and any ad-hoc project work. You will ideally have experience of working within a large complex organisation, have a good level of experience in compensation and benefits including experience of managing projects, have a strong generalist background and excellent communication skills. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold or studying for the CIPD professional qualification.
