Our client is one of the world's leading financial institutions. They specialise in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management to a broad institutional and personal global client-base. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Tax Documentation Analyst.


The international tax team is responsible for the collection and safekeeping of client tax documentation, this department updates and maintains documentation within the tax database. They work very closely with the quality assurance team regarding required documentation, they are also responsible for submission of relief at source documentation.


Your principal responsibilities, as an integral part of this team, will be to actively follow-up the client services team on outstanding tax documentation. You will be assisting the tax reclaim team with documentation queries, and attending client meetings with tax manager. You will also be requesting/lodging tax documentation for new clients.


For this position, we are seeking professional analysts with basic understanding of taxation and or income in relation to securities. Any relevant experience in tax or dividends is highly desirable.
