Our client is a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high net-worth individuals. They are seeking a corporate actions technical specialist analyst, to be based in their London offices.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join a multi-cultural team. The individual will be involved in the event creation of voluntary events within EMEA and Euroclear such as rights issues, tenders and exchanges for equities, bonds and warrants.

There is a wealth of knowledge to be gained from the diversity of the markets, events and products covered and the requirement to heavily interact with the various business and operations areas throughout the firm.

Responsibilities will focus on liaising and maintaining relationships with core processing teams, and extensive interaction with client services group and other operational departments. The analyst will have daily interaction with custodians, registrars, agents and other data providers. They will also answer and resolve client queries.

We are seeking professional, experienced candidates who ideally have solid vendor or other, relevant experience. The candidate must be a logical and pro-active thinker with the proven ability in a data integrity role. Corporate action experience is not a necessity, however, swift knowledge would be advantageous.
