A Premier global universal bank that provides advisory, trading and risk management services across the full range of financial products for clients around the world is looking for an experienced Client Migration Advisor with fluent Italian and Spanish language skills.

The EMEA Client Migration Project Team is responsible for the initial telephone and email support of all the Bank's clients throughout the EMEA region that have recently migrated to the new strategic web based platforms.

You will be required to build up a good knowledge base in a range of the Bank's web based products and provide ongoing daily support, with accurate resolution and guidance, to both the Bank's existing and recently migrated clients.

With multiple client requirements being coordinated at any one time within the EMEA Client Migration Project Team, strong technical, organisation, time management and communication skills will be key in ensuring the success of the client support issues assigned to the Migration Adviser. A focus on quality, creativity and teamwork are a pre-requisite for this role.

The position will also require the candidate to interact with and work alongside the Sales, Product, Implementation, Client Service and Operations Departments to provide the client with an ever-increasing level of service.

You must be able to show that you have sound knowledge of the Internet technologies and may have at least 2 years experience in a client support or a client training type of position. You will also have a strong knowledge of SWIFT message types and an understanding of payment formatting.
