A Corporate Actions Administrator is being sourced for an ASAP start with one of Edinburgh's leading financial services providers. The Corporate Actions Officer will be responsible for processing new issues, mutual fund distributions and matching items.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Actions Officer:

- Manage new share issues, Fund conversions, Liquidations, Rights Issue's
- Ensure all breaks are resolved and cleared within a given timeframe
- Matching items
- Update corporate action procedures in accordance with any changes to the process
- Assist other team members with Corporate Action issues as and when required
- Maintain records as are required to ensure the investment process is transparent to regulators and external auditors regarding Breach and Corporate Action Recording
- Contribute to and maintain relevant and robust documented procedures

Background of the Corporate Actions Officer:

- Experience working within investments
- Experience working within and processing Corporate Actions
- Good IT skills

This is a temp role, possible temp-perm for a Corporate Actions Officer paying up to £16.50 per hour. This is a Monday - Friday
