A fluent Russian & Kazakh speaking Corporate Finance Team Assistant is required for a London-based, independent, internationally focussed investment banking firm, offering a full range of corporate finance, broking and advisory services to a clientele of small and medium sized companies.


The purpose of the position is to act as a liaison/interpreter between the firm's Kazakh & Russian client base and provide general support to the corporate finance senior management team. You will be working towards obtaining the securities institute certificate in corporate finance.


Responsibilities will be to provide the following duties while receiving on-the-job training in corporate finance:

- Liaison with international clients, interpretation at meetings

- Support corporate finance team in client transactions (admin support)

- Maintain & update clients' take-on files

- Arrange international client meetings/update client schedule

- Ensure client files are up to date.

- Co-ordination of extensive and often complex international travel arrangements as and when required


Russian and Kazakh language skills are vital. This is a junior role, however it would be ideal if the candidate has some experience within a corporate finance environment, as this role could lead into a successful career within corporate finance.
