• Management Accounts Manager - London

• City of London £50,000 - £65,000 p/a Permanent

One of the world's leading financial institutions are seeking a Management Accounts Manager to head up a key function. Our client specialises in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management to both institutional and personal clients. The delivery of products and services to this client base is supported through a network of offices around the globe.

The key responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for the client sign off and delivery of the monthly management accounts, reconciliations and invoicing
- Participates in developing the business unit strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit and to ensure objectives are met
- Coordinates the strategic planning and budgeting process for the business unit
- Work with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and to ensure that all current requirements are met
- Liaise with clients regarding Service and Service Level Agreements
- To work with the team and internal departments on any allocated projects
- Maintain relations with third parties - to include clients, internal relations with other departments and auditors
- Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication
- Instigates 'best practice' across the team

Our client is seeking a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA,CPA) with previous team management skills and knowledge of cash management and client money regulations.
