Joslin Rowe Temporaries are an award winning recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of temporary staff for the investment banking and investment management sectors. An excellent career opportunity now exists for an experienced Recruitment Consultant working within the successful Compliance division.

The Compliance division has existed as a stand alone entity at Joslin Rowe Temporaries for two years and is a well established brand in this niche marketplace. The successful applicant will report to the Associate Director and will be responsible for the entire temporary recruitment cycle within the Compliance sector.

Specifically the role of Recruitment Consultant will involve:
*Generating revenue through the placement of temporary, temporary to permanent and contract staff
*Managing existing Preferred Supplier relationships with major financial institutions
*Maintaining and developing relationships with a wide range of smaller financial institutions including hedge funds, private wealth managers and boutique investment banks
*Generating quality candidates through a variety of methods including internet advertising and referral networks
*Developing and maintaining a strong technical knowledge of the Compliance sector

You will benefit from substantial existing business relationships and will be excited by the prospect of developing new client networks and continuing to build Joslin Rowe Temporaries' presence in this sector. While the desk is well established you will be expected to dedicate a high proportion of your time to business development and will be targeted in this area. You will receive first class training and development and will have access to a full service Corporate Communications team to assist in winning both clients and candidates and developing a successful PR presence. You will also work closely with a dedicated administration, payroll and referencing team enabling you to focus solely on bringing in new business and servicing existing client relationships.

To be considered for this exciting position you must be able to demonstrate a solid background as a temporary recruiter. Ideally your experience will have been gained within the Compliance sector however knowledge of finance & accountancy, banking or investment management recruitment will also be considered. It is imperative that you are a credible and articulate recruitment professional with the ability to sell Joslin Rowe's market leading proposition in what is a highly competitive and fast moving sector. Additionally you will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and will have previously utilised a recruitment database such as Adapt.
