A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketing recruitment consultant to join this dedicated Marketing Recruitment Division within Joslin Rowe, one of the city's most profitable and established recruitment consultancies.
Joslin Rowe's Marketing Division can boast an extensive portfolio of clients within the Financial and Professional Services sectors and recruits for a wide range of jobs in marketing including; Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, Direct marketing, Product Management, Business Development and Event Management.
On joining this team, you can expect to inherit a number of warm clients as well being given a portfolio of exciting new clients to develop. With immediate access to a market leading commission scheme you will be able to significantly enhance your already competitive base salary. All Joslin Rowe consultants benefit from first class in-house training and development from induction through to management development and beyond and work closely with our specialist Corporate Communications team to ensure that the Joslin Rowe brand is working effectively to attract clients and candidates to the organisation.
Key Skills
To succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

*Good organisational and time management skills and an ability to prioritise a busy workload
*Confidence in communicating with and influencing people at all levels
*Flexibility in work undertaken and hours

*Pro-activity and initiative when dealing with all client and candidate issues.

Experience/Qualifications
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following level of experience
*12 to 18 months experience in Marketing recruitment
*Pro-active sales person with a proven track record

Principle Responsibilities
As a consultant on this team, you will be principally involved in the following activities:
*Sourcing and interviewing candidates via a variety of proactive methods
*Managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle
*Developing new client relationships through telephone and face-to-face contact
*Maintaining existing client relationships,
*Servicing all incoming jobs to a high level of service quality
*Proactively working within a team environment
*Meeting operational and financial targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
