Joslin Rowe Temporaries are an award winning recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of temporary staff for the investment banking and investment management sectors. Due to an internal promotion, the Investment Management Temporaries Team requires a Manager to join them and directly influence the direction of this team within the business.

You will ideally have around 1 years previous management experience within a fast moving yet professional recruitment environment. A background of recruiting or managing within Investment Management, Investment Banking or Finance recruitment would be particularly interesting to us. You will have remained close to your business whilst managing, billing alongside your team and developing client and candidate relationships with them. You will undoubtedly know your way around temps recruitment and understand the particular issues and challenges recruiting in the temps sector can bring. You will have negotiated and won PSL agreements and worked against strict SLAs for high volume clients. As a manager, you will have a strong track record delivering results and working to deadlines, remain calm under pressure, demonstrate an ability to motivate and lead by example and on a practical level, have had experience of staff development, performance management and appraisals
