A Client Manager is sought by a dedicated active investment management firm, with a strong focus on alternative strategies, offering premium investment solutions to discerning institutions, charities and private clients.


The purpose of the role is to generate sales of the firm's fund products to a range of potential clients (private clients, clients via intermediaries, institutional clients etc.) Within defined territorial area, defined group of funds or defined client group. You will meet or exceed individual annual sales targets, as agreed with line manager.


Main tasks and responsibilities will be to identify and cultivate prospects and clients and follow up new business opportunities. Through various approaches, you will gain new clients and business within the targeted client group. You will participate in road shows, seminars, sales/client events and make formal presentations to potential and existing clients or client groups. You will also actively participate in product strategy and development.


Solid proven success and experience selling similar products within same client group is required for this role. We are seeking candidates with sound understanding of alternative investments, including hedge, trading and private equity funds. Good academic and professional qualifications will hold the candidate in high regard.
