A highly regarded educational organisation based in Twickenham is currently looking for a Senior HR Adviser. Reporting to the head of HR the role will give full support across the HR range and will suit a CIPD qualified candidate with solid generalist experience.

The role
-Deputise for HR Manager including supervision of staff.
-Provide support, advice and guidance to manager and staff at all levels on all aspects of employment
-Oversee recruitment and selection process, including maintaining best practice
-Produce key management information for managers and directors across recruitment and reward
-Supervise day to day payroll activity


The person/requirements
- Ideally degree educated or equivalent. CIPD qualification, or someone studying towards CIPD, would be an advantage.
-Previous operational HR experience in a large organisation is essential
-Experience of taking care of full recruitment cycle would also be an advantage
