A Credit Derivative Documentation specialist is sought by one of the world's largest and most successful investment banks. The role is based in London.

Derivative Operations are responsible for processing derivative products for the global rates, global credit trading and global market equity business. Overall, Derivative Operations is responsible for confirmation management: drafting, chasing, reviewing, negotiating and tracking and reporting, and managing the pre and post trade settlement process.

The applicant will be specifically recruited to perform three key roles in credit derivatives documentation change:
- Perform business analysis for small and large changes driven by user needs and market initiatives;
- Support a large programme of work (e.g. roll out of a strategic tool); and
- Independently manage a portfolio of multiple projects, covering the entire lifecycle.

The role involves collation, analysis and quality check of details behind change requirements to develop quantitative business cases, as well as detailed business analysis leading to documented business requirements and post-implementation review.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate further academic and/or professional qualifications in a scientific, numerate or business-related subject. Excellent front to back knowledge of the credit derivatives product lifecycle (trading through to confirmation and settlement) is required, with focus on documentation. The applicant should have exposure to DTCC confirmation products and experience with working in project or run-the-bank environment in multiple global sites.
