Our Client is a leading provider of outsourced Property and FM services to Blue chip clients on a global and Pan European basis. This role will take ownership of 1-2 FM biased accounts c£15-20million in contract value.

You will lead a team of on-site FM professionals across a TFM environment but with a focus on Hard Services FM delivery. Candidates will require strong CRM skills, proven leadership and budgetary management on a similar scale.

A background in outsourced FM delivery is essential coupled with a strong financial acumen, the ability to "develop" an account and seek wider opportunities with the client organisation. Successful candidates will perform a high profile role with good prospects in future career growth, both internationally and domestically.
