A Global Fund Manager based in the City are looking for a Fund Administrator. This organisation is one of the world's largest fund managers with offices in 11 countries and a 3,600 strong.

The Fund Administration team support the management of the iShares Primary Market process.
Work with Third Party Administrator's (TPAs), internal Functions and Market Participants to ensure efficient process and risk control. Also they Support the management of relationships with iShares MPs and Secondary Market Liquidity Providers in respect of Product queries and operational processes (e.g. Primary Market process, NAV calculation, Portfolio Composition File dissemination, corporate event notification, Intra-day NAV and Fund distributions).

As the Fund Administrator your main duties will be;

-Ensure all appropriate deals are entered into the iShares Online application
-Assisting in various aspects of new product launches and listings, including, product set-up process development and testing and managing sub-projects with internal functions
-Proactively look to enhance product features and develop operational process integrity, efficiency and risk control.
-Manage the Fund distribution calendar, ensuring that the iShares dividend process runs smoothly - ensure all AP's have correct dividend information

Ideally the successful candidate will have gained experience in Fund Administration within Financial Services. Experience in ETFs would be great but experience with Mutual Funds will suffice.
