A senior business analyst/project manager is required for one of the UK's largest mutual fund managers, and the European leader in pan-European equities.


The role is to work within the investment management team, enhancing the analysis capability of the group on a number of diverse initiatives that are in train or planned, that will develop the investment management delivery capability/infrastructure. The initial assignment would involve working on a key enterprise-wide programme with responsibility for analysing and documenting the current product model within investment management globally.


Initial key responsibilities will be to liaise closely with business staff at all levels to understand and document how investment professionals work, the key information flows they use and other services related to the manufacture of funds. You will similarly understand and document the operational support provided for the investment professionals, including the key dependencies on other parts of the organisation. You will also build alternative models, looking at the implications and costs


Significant experience of business analysis in a business facing environment on a structured programme of work, combined with solid investment management experience, is essential for this high-calibre position. You will be demonstrably adept at writing detailed business and functional requirements.
