A Relationship Officer/Cashier is required for an eminent international investment bank.

As an integral member of the relationship management team, you will provide support to the relationship manager to achieve income, product sales and new client growth targets, as well as delivery of high quality client service and customer retention.

You will provide support to relationship managers in all aspects of their duties: revenue generation, meeting client needs and identifying new marketing opportunities. You will ensure opening, closing and maintaining accounts in accordance with the established procedures. You will be applying regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML procedures at all times. You will also be executing cash office duties including foreign exchange transactions in accordance with the department's procedures and displaying a professional and pleasant attitude towards customers.

Previous relationship officer/cashier experience, preferably within a similar organisation, is required for this role. We are seeking professionals with the ability to analyse financial data and complex investment products. This will ideally be backed up with solid academic and professional qualifications. The ability to write, read and speak Arabic fluently would be an advantage but not essential.
