A Business Process Analyst is required for the Transfer Agency of a prestigious asset servicer. The role is based in the London Docklands.

Reporting to the business/project team manager, you will work within the project management team within the transfer agency department. The department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements.

Principal responsibilities will be to review existing procedures, processes, and problems and recommend where automation or improved processes can be implemented. You will determine business requirements, prepare feasibility and cost effectiveness proposals, and write proposals for system changes/enhancements.

Detailed knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment is essential to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client focus gained in a financial services company. Process analysis/improvement experience in retail funds is highly desirable.
