A Client Service Officer is required for an eminent private wealth manager. The role is based in London, and will report into the client relationship manager or senior client services officer for their assigned team.

The client services officer will assist their financial advisors and other team members with the delivery of high quality client service and support for their client base. The role of the client services officer will require diversification, flexibility and experience of the firm's products & services, and broad industry knowledge.

The successful client services officer will support the institutional client group business in a sales trading capacity by entering, confirming, and settling large dollar trades. They will provide fundamental support in all phases of client service, client relationship building and account maintenance to assist the business activities of financial advisors. The role may also assist in training client service associates

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an approved compliance record, with strong organizational, administrative, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential, due to the significant losses that can occur due to the smallest error. The candidate will also show a thorough understanding of security performance in order to properly allocate market orders based on current volumes, bid/offer spreads, etc.
