Working closely with the HR and Compensation team based in the US Head Office, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of compensation programmes across EMEA. You will be a pivotal member of the team responsible for conducting the annual review cycle, stock plans, budgets, designing and implementing incentive plans, roll out global job structure review and manage the market data process. Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience gained from working in a fast moving international organisation, European exposure, full experience of managing the annual review cycle and advanced Excel skills.
