A Compliance Officer is sought by a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high net-worth individuals, worldwide.

Responsibilities will be to provide a day-to-day advisory service to the prime brokerage department including client services, stock loan, clearing, capital introduction and sales teams on their various requests. You will help develop and deliver training as part of ongoing compliance training program tailored to suit the individual requirements of our various businesses. You will also developing policies & procedures for the various business areas within prime brokerage.

Excellent experience working in a compliance function is required for this role, preferably with synthetics/stock lending interaction. We seek a pro-active, self-motivated, assertive and well organised professional who is forward-looking, focused on streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
