Servicing Asset Manager - City of London - £200per day

A leading investment bank, who are well established in the City seeks a driven Servicing Asset Manager to manage a portfolio of loans originated by the CMBS team.

This Servicing Asset Manager role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, high-profile team, with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Servicing Asset Manager will play a vital role in the Asset Servicing department.

As a successful Servicing Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:

1)Work with legal counsel, originators, valuers and clients during the loan closing process
2)Day to day pro-active maintenance of own commercial mortgage loan portfolio (refinance/ acquisition), loan and property level
3)Maintenance of development loan portfolio's and the on-going monitoring thereof
4)Periodic analysis of data
5)Prepare and present consent requests to the Servicing Committee for approval
6)Assist in the closing of securitisations / syndications and data aggregation requirements
7)Assist in the preparation of quarterly Investor Reports
8)Support A/B Loan structures
9)Review client financial accounts
10)Assist in system development / enhancements

You will ideally have some background in commercial property loans and good interpersonal skills. German language skills are also preferable but not essential. This role of Servicing Asset Manager has excellent career prospects and is certainly an expanding business area.
