A Client Services Administrator is required for a premier provider of hedge funds.


As a successful client services administrator, you will be responsible for providing sales support and client support services, focused primarily on the on-shore market.


Key responsibilities will revolve around communication with clients: you will deal with client contact on a daily basis, ensuring duties such as price requests, literature requests, and general fund info (min subs, fund codes, dividend info, deal cut off points etc.) are dealt with accordingly, in a timely manner. You will also identify potential new contacts, and complete monthly, quarterly, & ad-hoc questionnaires.


The ideal candidate will have solid industry experience within a similar role. The role requires excellent communications skills and practical and up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory matters. If you fulfil the criteria and have the desire to grow and enhance your skills and career at a highly prestigious hedge fund manager, then this may be the perfect role for you.
