• VP Equity Derivatives Projects - London

Our client is a well known global investment bank with a requirement for a VP Equity Derivative Projects to join them. Our client maintains leadership positions in equity and fixed income sales, trading and research, investment banking, private investment management, asset management and private equity. The Firm is headquartered in New York, with regional headquarters in London and Tokyo, and operates in a network of offices around the world.

The key responsibilities include:
- Co-ordination and day-day management of Production Enhancements BA team to meet project deliverables and milestones
- Prioritise and allocate resource to key items to meet project deliverables and business priorities
- Resolve day-day project team issues and conflicting workload priorities
- Report Production Enhancement status, next steps and issues / risks to stakeholders and project sponsors
- Day-day man management of BA team of different skill-sets / seniority to meet project objectives and performance targets
- Business analysis effort to deliver projects:
- Requirements gathering to Lehman standards
- Impact analysis of Technology / Process Change
- Assisting and supporting user community with change management
- Producing test cases and managing full end to end user acceptance testing
- Coordinating testing across multiple areas, products and regions with CMT project counterparts

The ideal candidate should have Business Analysis / Project Management exposure across the full project lifecycle with exposure to the Derivatives' markets.
