This excellent opportunity for an Accounting Specialist has arisen within a highly respected Investment Management firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the consolidation and analysis of EMEA legal entities for US GAAP reporting purposes. Our client is one of the world's largest publicly traded investment management firms. They manage assets on behalf of institutions and individuals worldwide through a variety of equity, fixed income, cash management and alternative investment products.

The key responsibilities include:
- Production of month end reporting to New York for EMEA's consolidation and holding company entities
- Preparation of EMEA balance sheet analysis and commentary for inclusion in the month end close pack that is used by senior management to review/sign off monthly results
- Responsible for producing and reconciling report on investments held in the EMEA region
- Assist in reconciling US to UK GAAP
- Liaison with auditors, tax, treasury and regulatory teams

Our client is seeking a fully/part qualified accountant with experience of corporate reporting and analysis activities. In addition you will have been involved in preparing and/or auditing UK statutory accounts.
