Leading Financial Services firm currently looking to recruit a Deputy Company Secretary. Our client is an innovative and high performance Investment firm with a first class reputation for product development. They have grown Assets Under Management in recent years and have additionally attracted some top industry professionals. Due to business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Company Secretary to join their Legal, Risk & Compliance department. In this progressive opportunity you will be responsible for company secretarial duties including compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements relating to the firm's Unit Trust and OEIC investment vehicles. Additionally the successful applicant will be acting as the main liaison point on certain funds, organising and attending fund board meetings, identifying and analysing shareholder registers and monitoring and review statutory and regulatory requirements. To apply for this role you will have previous company secretarial experience gained in a public or private company, a knowledge of and ability to provide guidance on company legislation, experience of routine company secretarial activities (dormant accounts, annual returns etc) and excellent communication skills.
