Loan Servicing - Fluent German - Docklands

A Loan Servicing professional, who is Fluent in German, is sought by a leading European Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Servicer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management/servicing of a pool of loans secured on mainly commercial real estate and will support the team in the front to back operation of the loan pool. The loan servicer will have initial and on-going guardianship of core, variable loan and property based data, as well as ongoing monitoring of commercial real estate loans & real estate assets (office, retail, industrial, hotels, self-storage, etc) to include the ongoing testing of loan covenants.
As well as fluency in German, solid commercial real estate loans experience is essential for this role. If you fulfil these prerequisites, and wish to work for one of the largest financial institutions in the world, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Please apply today.
