• Performance Metrics Senior Project Manager - London

This excellent opportunity for a Performance Metrics Senior Project Manager has arisen within a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank. They will directly support the overall GMAT goal to develop metrics to more accurately assess and report Global Operations performance in terms of capacity planning, risk, efficiency gains and management cost control.

The key responsibilities include:
- Support the Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) project implementation regionally for the global head of GPG in London and develop broad operational performance metrics reporting to the global head of GMAT in New York.
- Support the regional implementation for the TDABC project, provide ongoing global management reporting leadership and recommend action plans based on in depth analysis of monthly data.
- Support the overall GMAT goal to develop metrics to more accurately assess and report Global Operations performance in terms of capacity planning, risk, efficiency gains and management cost control.
- Analyzing these performance indicators and presenting findings on a monthly basis, both globally across Operations as well as regionally to ensure market specific nuances are considered, will be a critical function of the Regional Coordinator.

The ideal candidate should have understanding of financial reporting and cost accounting, preferably ABC. Familiar with Securities Operations organisations and/or life of a trade.
