This position would sit within the specialised VAT finance division reporting directly into the VAT Manager. This role would include providing advisory duties, reconciliation of VAT accounts, preparing VAT returns, assessments, liaise with internal finance, processing payments on accounts, handling queries and producing reports.

This position requires a candidate with a sound knowledge of VAT procedures with a proven accounting background

- Ability to prioritize own work load
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Excel
- Methodical approach &good organisational skills
- Hands on attitude

This position requires someone with experience of clearing balances and maintaining/reconciling VAT Accounts within a similar industry.
