with a Mortgage Portfolio experience a must.

With excellent solvency, a presence in over 50 countries and a dedicated, professional workforce of 60,000 you will be a pivotal part of the Loans administration team primarily responsible for the accurate processing of the Banks mortgage portfolio.

Principal Responsibilities

* Security Documentation - Ensure credit approval.
* Customer Set Up - To ensure customer , current account, facility and collateral set up is establish correctly.
* Task completion - To ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the timeframes.
* Transaction processing - To ensure all processing, including mainframe and database processing is completed accurately and within the timeframes.
* Record keeping - Ensure all records including customer files are updated and maintained accurately.
* Customer Service - Always provide the highest of customer service - Identify and improve any shortfalls in customer service.
*Process and system development - To assist with identifying improvements.

You must have a strong knowledge of security documentation and multi - currency mortgages as well as a minimum of two years experience in a Loans administration area within the investment banking sector. Ideally you will be able to display a proven ability to communicate on complex issues at all levels.

This is a prime opportunity for someone who has the relevant experience and is hungry for success in a high-pressure environment.
