Business Process Analyst - Docklands
- Docklands £30.00 - £40.00 p/hr Temporary
My client is a Global Investment Manager servicing the financial needs of corporations worldwide for over 150 years.
The Investment Management division has achieved significant growth over the last 2 years and is still in a period of expansion. The opportunity is unique in that it will involve the implementation of operational infrastructure to facilitate the business growth to tight time frames.
My client requires a Business Process Analyst to be involved in a wide variety of initiatives and to play an integral role in the build out of a high profile business.
Duties & Responsibilities for this Business Process Analyst role include:
·Impact analysis
·The Business Process Analyst will be in all stages of the project cycle
·Liaising with IT to ensure solutions are delivered to meet the business requirements
·Work independently in the UAT and documentation phases providing clear reporting of progress
·Reviewing and documenting existing Operational processes, applications and work-flows
·Re-engineering work-flows - both tactical and strategic enhancements
·Reviewing Technology efficiency opportunities
·Assisting and supporting user community with change management
·Producing effective project communication via road maps and regular updates to sponsors and other key stakeholders
·Networking with key users, sponsors and IMD Technology counterparts to ensure efficient Project Management
·Co-ordination across regions where projects have a global or cross regional effect.
·Producing test cases and managing full end to end user acceptance testing
·Coordinating testing across multiple areas, products and regions
Ideally the candidate will have the following attributes:
·Strong Business Analysis experience
·Fully competent and specialised in the SCD system
·Experience of full project life-cycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment)
·Experience of end to end business flows, Front, Middle and Back Office exposure.
·Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and co-ordinating technology teams
·Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills
·A proven track record of delivering technology change to users
·Understands the key drivers, operational risk and efficiency expectations
·Be self motivated and able to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
·Strong inter-personal skills
·Enthusiastic and proactive approach with good attention to detail
