An Assistant Manager is required for Trade Settlements Projects within an eminent fund manager that is a leader in the UK and abroad.


The role of assistant manager for projects sits within a team providing support for technical development and projects for the trade settlements department. The jobholder will be responsible for the testing of enhancements to equity order management & fixed income trading systems and new releases on behalf of trade settlements. They will also be involved with issue and problem resolution arising from other investment administration projects, investment management initiatives and daily operations.


The jobholder will also be responsible for the allocation of work across the team and providing technical support as required across the team.


This technical role requires previous work experience in the financial sector, and an understanding and knowledge of the investment management business. The proven ability to communicate and work with all levels of personnel is essential. If you have working knowledge of trade settlements activities, and preferably project and/or testing experience, then this may be the ideal role for you.
