Static Data - City - £20 - £25 per hour

This renowned international asset manager is looking for an Asset Creation Clerk administrator to join them.

With a reputation for excellence in advice and execution on a global scale. They employ thousands of people around the world and have been instrumental in changing the face of the financial services sector.

Ongoing successful business development and the launch of new and innovative products, means their work force is growing.

The role will see you:

Ensure delivery of accurate price information on a daily basis

- Update accounting and reporting systems with any changes to static data

- For new client take on's, ensure that all systems are updated and testing completed prior to take on.

- Resolve static data issue internally and between global offices

- Monitor and resolving any issues highlighted.

- Keep abreast of market best practice with regards to static data and price sources

- Keep tax table up to date or any other system where required.

- Support the month end stock reconciliation process.

-Cross train to ensure coverage in case of sickness or holiday

-Monitor Portfolio Administration & Data management Group e mails to ensure all enquiries are resolved by the relevant staff in a timely manner.

-Keep all procedure manuals up to date

-Enhance and develop processes and procedures to ensure that risks are mitigated.

-Update action plan and issues log documenting current status, responsibility and delivery data.

-Assist the Data Management Team in meeting the service requirements of all London based departments.

-Assist the Data Management Team in meeting the service requirements of global offices.

-Take on deliverable as member of project team as agreed with Project Manager as and when required.
