A leading provider of advisory and capital market services based in the City are looking for a HR Manager to join them immediately. The HR Manager will work within the HR specialist function where the specialist team are responsible on a day to day basis for delivering the payroll, management reporting, benefits/pension and policy formation.
Duties will include
·Develop/maintain HR policies and documentation to assist in the management of the employment lifecycle
·Maintain ongoing knowledge of employment law and regional benefits in order to recommend changes to HR policy and practice and provide staff with accurate information, advice and guidance.
·Ensure the full functionality of the new system is realised, and implement process improvements for the local HR functions.
·Assist in the regional review and implementation of global Compensation and Benefits Programmes
·Assist in the annual renewal of flexible benefits programme
·Annual Attestation process of key global policies
·Assist in payroll/system related internal and external audits
·Oversee International Pension Plan administration.
·Dublin Approved Profit Share Scheme
·Ensure compliance with Benefit In Kind legislation in Dublin and arrange appropriate deductions via payroll in respect of Life Assurance and Private Healthcare
In the absence of the HR Manager:
·Check and approve monthly payroll
·Approve all HR confidential payments and entries using internal systems.
·Oversee reconciliation of HR control accounts.
·Oversee and approve all HR expenses recharged to P&L
·Approve HR monthly and year end accruals
The HR Manager will be CIPD qualified with previous similar HR experience gained preferably within financial services.
