Our client who are a payroll services company are seeking an highly experienced payroller with experience of managing a team to join a small but expanding finance team.

The main duties of this role will include overseeing the day to day functions performed by 3 payroll administrators, ensuring that deadlines are met and a high quality of service is delivered. The role would include not only being technically capable but also managing the team performance through coaching and instilling a culture of customer service.

Interested individuals should have experience of working in a high volume environment, with preferably good knowledge of sage payroll and Navision.
